My Story
Jacqueline Daly, MBA | Founder
Daly RCM was born out of my experience working as a healthcare administrator in pain management for 10 years. During that time, I oversaw the revenue cycle management process, on top of the many other responsibilities that come with running a small practice. With little support, the workload quickly became overwhelming.
What stood out most was how much time and energy both providers and office staff had to spend on billing and insurance. Instead of being able to focus on patient care and building relationships, they were buried in paperwork and payer calls. Seeing this struggle firsthand is what inspired me to start Daly RCM, to unburden providers and staff by managing the complexities of RCM, so they can stay connected to patients while we take care of the billing.
